Robert G. Painter
President and Chief Executive Officer

Rob Painter became Trimble's president and chief executive officer in January 2020. From 2016 through 2019, he served as the Company's chief financial officer. Joining the Company in 2006, Painter held a variety of leadership positions, including corporate development, corporate strategy, general manager of Construction Services, general manager of the Intelligent Construction Tools international joint venture, and vice president of Trimble Buildings construction software. In August 2023, he was appointed to serve on the Synopsys Board of Directors. Painter holds a bachelor's degree in finance from West Virginia University and an MBA from Harvard University.

Ronald Bisio
Group President, Field Systems

In November 2023, Ron Bisio became Trimble’s Senior Vice President of Field Systems, in charge of advanced positioning, agriculture industry solutions, civil construction field systems, and geospatial business operations. From July 2022 to November 2023, he served as senior vice president responsible for Trimble's transportation businesses. From April 2015, he served as vice president—and from February 2019, as senior vice president—responsible for Trimble's surveying and geospatial businesses. From January 2011 until April 2015, he served as general manager for Trimble's rail division. Since joining Trimble in 1996, he also held several marketing, sales, and general management positions. Mr. Bisio holds a Bachelor of Science in Cartography from Salem State University, a Master of Regional Planning from the University of Massachusetts, and an MBA from the University of Denver.

Cyndee Hoagland
Senior Vice President, Owner & Public Sector

As Senior Vice President for Trimble's Owner and Public Sector, Cyndee is responsible for the strategic direction and execution of Trimble's leading technology serving federal, state and local government and strategic global owners and major infrastructure projects. Working closely with the leading construction, design and civil engineering companies worldwide as well as Owner and Public Sector agencies and departments, our goal is to support our customers by enabling digital technology to reduce costs, increase productivity and quality, and improve worker safety and environmental sustainability. A member of the Executive Leadership team and a seasoned software and technology executive with over 25 years of experience in delivering growth, profitability and market leadership.

Christopher “Chris” Keating
Group President, Transportation & Logistics

Chris Keating joined Trimble in July 2012 via the acquisition of the SketchUp team from Google. Prior to moving to Trimble's Transportation & Logistics segment in October of 2023, he served expanding business leadership roles in Trimble's AECO segment. Keating held a variety of leadership positions, including general manager of the architecture & design division (SketchUp), vice president and general manager of the AECO design and engineering software group and senior vice president of corporate strategy. Serving in an advisory capacity, he remains involved in the Denver-Boulder tech community. Keating holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Clarkson University and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University.

Mark Schwartz
Group President, AECO Software

Mark Schwartz serves as senior vice president responsible for Trimble’s AECO software segment, which encompasses Trimble’s construction enterprise solutions, civil infrastructure software, and owner and public sector businesses. Prior to that, Schwartz served as senior vice president responsible for construction enterprise solutions and as Trimble’s Chief Digital Officer, leading the transformation initiatives of Trimble's business systems, processes, and infrastructure to better serve the customer through the transition to "as-a-service" business models. He joined Trimble in 2010 and has held several general management roles across Trimble’s construction businesses as well as serving in several senior management roles in finance and technology throughout his career. Schwartz holds an B.S. from Bryant University in Smithfield, Rhode Island.

Aviad Almagor
Vice President of Technology and Innovation

Aviad Almagor is a technologist and innovator with more than two decades of experience in developing and adopting emerging technologies. Aviad serves as the Vice President of Technology Innovation at Trimble. In this role, he oversees the innovation process across the organisation, consistently pushing the boundaries of technological advancement and nurturing an engineering culture that supports Trimble’s vision and objectives. Aviad leads cross-functional teams to drive change, foster innovation, and explore the use of disruptive technologies. His R&D team collaborates closely with business units to develop and integrate cutting-edge technologies into Trimble’s product portfolio.

Aviad holds a Master’s degree from Cambridge University, an MBA from Heriot-Watt University, Scotland, and a B.Arch from the Israeli Institute of Technology.
